Good afternoon CHANT Fathers,

We are reaching out to invite you into something bigger than football.

As we continue to build the CHANT Chargers, our heart is not only to develop strong athletes, but to raise up young men grounded in faith, character, and purpose. To do that well, we need men who are willing to step onto the field—not just as coaches, but as mentors.

We are asking for fathers who feel called to invest in the next generation by helping coach within this generation.

This role is about:
• Building meaningful relationships with our athletes
• Mentoring and guiding young men toward becoming Godly men
• Living out and reinforcing the values and culture of CHANT
• Creating an environment rooted in accountability, encouragement, and growth

We are looking for men who:
• Have a heart for mentorship and discipleship
• Value strong relationship building
• Are willing to fully support and follow CHANT rules and leadership
• Will enthusiastically advance and protect CHANT culture

Football experience and knowledge are helpful, but not required. What matters most is your willingness to show up, invest, and lead by example.
